Good location, right outside the station. Friendly staff. Newer building, very clean and up to date. It was nice that detergent was provided for the coin laundry.

Staff was very helpful and kindly showed us a cheaper parking place than the one offered by the hotel. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great value.

The attendants were very nice. It was possible to choose between the western of Japanese breakfast. The breakfast was good, I liked the croissant.

1) location is very convenient. Short walk from train station 2) Room is relatively bigger compared to other 3 star hotel

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and the receptionist spoke sufficient command in English.

Good Japanese set breakfast with a smaller but decent westeen buffet, clean room, right next to Kumagaya Station

Twin room is enoughly big. But single room is too small even for 1 person.
